more fun days with the kids... lol

I found some fun pictures of the kids taken the past few months on my camera and just had to post them. Today Bridger had an eye infection and was complaining about it and Brooklyn said "its ok Bridger like a pirate" she held down one eye lid and then said "argh". LOL totally cracked me up.

June 22, 2009 Brooklyn's Dance Recital

Brooklyn and Braylee had their dance recital on Monday. It was a really long day but so much fun. We went to Lexi's house to do make-up and hair. Brooklyn and Braylee were so cute and they danced so good. They remembered the whole dance... I was so proud of Brooklyn watching her, it made me all giddy inside...

June 21, 2009 Father's Day!!!

This father's day Jason had an early meeting at church and so while he was getting ready Brooklyn and me got his gift together. I was trying to help her practice saying happy father's day but she kept saying happy mothers day... lol it was so cute. He seemed to love his gift. Jason is a wonderful father... I know being a parent can be frustrating at times but he really loves the kids and they love him. Tytan just lights up when dad gets home from work.
All the men in my life are amazing... my husband, my dad, my step-dad, my brother, and brother in law, and my father in law plus many others. I hope all the men in my life know how important they are and the role they play. Happy Father's Day!!!

Oquirrh Mountain Utah Temple Open House

Thursday June 11, 2009 we attended the Oquirrh Mountain Temple open house. We went with Jason's dad and Kelsey and Nate. Jason's mom was sick. It was so beautiful... before we went down, Brooklyn told us she wanted to see Jesus this time. I tried to explain to her that Jesus was really busy and that she probably wouldn't see him. Well she was very excited anyways. She wanted to see Jesus. While we were walking through in one of the Ordinance rooms, she told us she saw a little girl with Jesus looking for her dad. She was adamant that she saw a little girl by the window looking for her dad and that Jesus was busy helping her. Me and Jason didn't know what to say. Its so amazing how thin the veil really is, especially with little children. That was a wonderful experience for us. The temple was so beautiful... I loved all the stars, including the chandeliers. It had been raining that day and was still cloudy when we got done and it gave the sky the most beautiful lighting behind the temple...

Updates... first Tyson

So to finally update everyone on the family... first Tyson. He started having issues with his arm and hand being numb, which was worrying everyone. My mom called me and was really worried about him. He made an appointment with the neurologist...they scheduled him for a MRI. That was done and after going back to the neurologist, everything looks like it is ok. He still has the Bells-Palsy but at least something more serious is not going on. I hope he starts feeling better soon.
Update on Tytan...after taking him down to Primary Children's for his GI and finding nothing wrong, we decided to take him off all baby food and just put him on formula for a while. Funny thing is he stopped throwing up... so I decided to start him back on rice cereal and guess what, he threw it up. We are starting to think he is allergic to rice. We changed his formula to one that was less expensive and milk based and he has been just fine. He isnt eating baby foods but we do feed him our foods as long as it is not rice.... he has been doing great. We will see what happens when he goes to the doctor for his one year check up... can you believe my baby is gonna be a year. I cant... makes me sad!
Jason's family has had quite a bit going on... his mom is stressed to the max. Her step-mom passed away Monday morning, she was 93 years old. She was is pretty good health up until about a week ago. Then yestereday, Tuesday, Korinne's dad passed away. The good thing is they will be able to have the viewings and funerals together.... kinda bitter sweet! and Jason's grandpa is no longer in pain... both had been previously married and now get to see those loved ones. Hopefully Jason and I will not have to spend too much time here on this earth without each other...
